The invention provides a puncher provided with a decompression structure used in an office comprising a supporting member having at least a penetrating hole in a surface of a top; a pair of side surface members, which are disposed on two opposite sides of the supporting members, and can be used to form space between the supporting member and the side surface members for inserting paper; a pressing part, which is disposed between the side surface members, and can be rotated around a hinged shaft in a pivoted manner by applying a pushing force from the top on it; a penetrating cutter disposed above the hole; a resetting spring. Two ends of a rod-shaped first connection pin are fixedly disposed on inner side walls of the pressing part, and two ends of a rod-shaped second connection pin are fixedly disposed between inner walls of the side surface members. The first connection pin passes through ends of a pair of bar-shaped first arm parts is connected with the first arm part, and the second connection pin passes through ends of a pair of bar-shaped second arm parts is connected with the second arm part, thereafter the other ends of the first and the second arm parts can form a connection structure by a third connection pin, and the penetrating cutter is connected between the second arm parts by the connection pins, and can move with the second arm parts together upwards and downwards. |
