PURPOSE: A reading mentoring service providing method and a learning mentoring service providing method based on a social network are provided to mentor an inputted plan and a reading history, reading diagnosis, and learning diagnosis of a user, thereby diagnosing a learning ability and a propensity of the user by analyzing a final result. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs personal information to a main server. The user uses a social community service which forms group learning organization configuration and mentoring relation corresponding to a concern degree. The user manages a planner through a planner management mode. The user receives a learning ability diagnosis result, a future learning plan, and a recommendation book list through a reading diagnosis mode. The user manages learning of the user through a learning management mode.
