PURPOSE: A rotor for motor is provided to improve the torque performance of the motor by generating maximum magnetic force without the disconnection of a magnetic path through removing an air gap between division magnets. CONSTITUTION: Multiple division cores(122b) are formed by laminating multiple sheet cores(122a). The sheet core comprises multiple disk sheet cores(122a-1) and protrusion part sheet cores(122a-2). Multiple protrusion pieces(P') are formed at regular intervals in the outer periphery of the protrusion part sheet core. A rotor core(122) is formed by laminating the multiple division cores. A division magnet(121) is attached between the protrusion pieces by each laminated multiple division cores.
