INFRARED MICROSCOPE LENS MODULE

PURPOSE: An infrared light microscope lens module is provided to effectively obtain an image of an object by simultaneously using far-infrared and mid-infrared light. CONSTITUTION: A first lens(L1), a second lens(L2), and a third lens(L3) consist of a germanium material and simultaneously transmit far-infrared light and mid-infrared light. A working distance(D) between the first lens and an object is 10-15 mm, and the side opposite to an object from the first lens is formed in an aspherical shape. A front side(F) facing the object of the second lens is formed in an aspherical shape. An F number of the optical system is in a 1.0-4.0 range.
