PURPOSE: A blade and a wind turbine with the same are provided to attach a maintenance device of a blade to the exterior of the blade by having an attachment member which can be attached to a magnet. CONSTITUTION: A blade for a wind turbine comprises an attachment member(15). The attachment member is embedded on the surface to attach a maintenance device and is made of a material which can be attached to a magnet. The attachment member is embedded in a leading edge(13a) of a blade and is extended in a longitudinal direction of the blade. The attachment member is a bendable thin plate corresponding to the curved surface of the leading edge of the blade.
