PURPOSE: A blade maintenance device for a wind turbine is provided to implement the maintenance of a blade while stably traveling along the blade as a rotary traveling part of a traveling device having a magnet is attached to the blade. CONSTITUTION: A blade maintenance device for a wind turbine comprises a body(21), one or more maintenance units, and a rotary traveling part. A traveling device(30) for traveling along a leading edge of a blade is arranged in the body. The maintenance units are mounted on the body. The rotary traveling device has a magnet to travel in a state of being attached to the leading edge of the blade having a magnetic body. The maintenance units have a deicing device(100) for removing ice from the leading edge of the blade.
