PURPOSE: A motor-compressor is provided to improve electrical access efficiency, mechanical durability and the rigidity of a terminal housing assembly which electrically connects a magnet wire and a control unit terminal. CONSTITUTION: A motor-compressor comprises a driving unit, a compression unit(5), a control unit(7), and a terminal assembly(10) of the driving unit. The driving unit generates a driving force by interaction between a rotor(41) and a stator(35). The compression unit compresses a refrigerant which flows in a driving unit housing(31) through a refrigerant inlet(23) by compressing a rolling scroll(53) and a fixed scroll(55). The control unit is electrically connected to the stator of the driving unit and a control unit terminal(71) and controls the movement of the driving unit. The terminal assembly(10) of the driving unit wires a coil end(34) of the stator up for electrical connection and is electrically connected to the control unit. The coil end wires up by connecting a first terminal housing of the driving unit terminal assembly and a second terminal housing.
