PURPOSE: A glass plate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display device thereof, and a contact sensing display thereof are provided to efficiently repair chipping and damage to a transparent glass member caused by a cutting process by forming a frame on one or more parts of the transparent glass member by using a high molecule plastic film. CONSTITUTION: A housing(20) includes an accepting groove(201). A display module(21) and a cover glass(22) are placed on the accepting groove. The cover glass is placed on the top surface of the display module through the adhesive. A frame is formed around the cover glass by a high molecule plastic film(221).
