PURPOSE: A unit pixel of an image sensor and a photo detector thereof are provided to increase the output of photocurrent by controlling the current of a source-drain channel. CONSTITUTION: A light receiving part(150) of a floating structure absorbs light. An oxide film(140) is formed in order to touch one side of the light receiving part. The oxide film is formed between a source(120) and a drain(130). A channel is formed between the source and the drain. The light receiving part isolates the oxide film from the source and the drain.
