PURPOSE: A cloud game recommendation device and a method thereof are provided to combine subjective evaluation from a user for a cloud game which is executed in a user terminal with objective performance evaluation for the user terminal, thereby accurately calculating an evaluation score for the game and the user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A game/terminal evaluation unit(230) receives user evaluation information from each user terminal. The game/terminal evaluation unit accumulates recommendation reference evaluation information including the user evaluation information. A game/terminal recommendation unit(240) provides at least one of game recommendation information and terminal recommendation information to the user terminal based on the accumulated recommendation reference evaluation information.
