摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring a coating amount of a coating layer is provided to rapidly and preciously measure a coating amount of magnesium oxide coating layer without contacts and maintain the coating amount of the magnesium oxide coating layer within a predetermined range by confirming the coating amount of the magnesium oxide coating layer on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a coating amount of a coating layer is as follows. A plurality of reference specimens having coating layers in which coating amounts are different is manufactured(S10). A first data per each reference specimen is obtained by measuring the coating amounts of the coating layers of the each reference specimen(S20). Lights are irradiated on the coating layers of the each reference specimen so that spectrums of reflection lights are detected. Integrated values of the detected spectrums are calculated and the integrated intensity is calculated so that second data are obtained(S30). A relational expression between the coating amount of the coating layer and the integrated intensity is calculated by using the first data and second data(S40). The integrated intensity is calculated from the spectrums of the reflection lights of an measurement object coating layer(S50). The calculated integrated intensity is introduced to the relational expression, thereby calculating and outputting the coating amount of the measurement object coating layer.
