PURPOSE: A raw material charging method in a blast furnace is provided to stabilize a gas flow in a blast furnace by forming a uniform mixed layer of the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A raw material charging method in a blast furnace(10) is as follows. The raw materials are charged into the blast furnace by performing a forward charging and a reverse charging in turn at an initial stage of discharging raw materials charged into a bell-less type blast furnace. A charging chute(30) pours the raw materials from the wall to the center in the blast furnace. During the reverse charging, the charging chute charges the raw materials to the wall from the center in the blast furnace. The charging chute alternately performs the forward charging and reverse charging by a PLC(Programmable Logical Controller)(40). |
