PURPOSE: A brake device for a list system for maintaining a tower structure is provided to realize a safe lift device by installing a separate safety device separated from a driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A brake device for a list system for maintaining a tower structure comprises a fixed unit, a running unit, a boarding unit, and a control unit. The fixed unit is fixed to the wall or the tower structure or a ladder installed on the wall. The running unit runs with a power unit on a running rail installed on the fixed unit. The boarding unit holds workers, parts and tools. The control unit controls the boarding unit and the running unit. A safety device(S2) is installed on the boarding unit. The safety device comprises an emergency brake(70) and a constant-speed brake(80). |
