CONSTITUTION: A splitting device comprises a scribing device(10), an inverter, a brake device, and a transfer device. The scribing device comprises a plurality of cutting blades(11), a beam(12), a first support(13), a first support moving device(14), an elevating device(15), and a position adjusting device(16).
