PURPOSE: A voice communication system with a frying object is provided to enable a controller to conveniently control a radio. CONSTITUTION: An RSU(Radio Switching Unit)(200) receives a radio setting signal from a radio selection module. The RSU switches the radio setting signal and a PTT(Push To Talk) signal based on a switching signal. The RSU controls a first radio based on the frequency setting signal and the PTT signal. A PCU(PTT Control Unit)(300) receives the PTT signal and the radio setting signal from the RSU. The PCU controls a second radio.
