A laser light source device includes a light source unit that emits laser light, an optical axis adjusting unit that adjusts an optical axis of the laser light, and a mounting member on which the optical axis adjusting unit is mounted. The optical axis adjusting unit includes an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the positions of a lens in X- and Y-axis directions.
