PURPOSE: A rotating work roll wiper apparatus is provided to prevent the abrasion of a work roll and a wiper roll and the uneven abrasion of width direction using wiper roll instead of a blade type wiper. CONSTITUTION: A rotating work roll wiper apparatus comprises a cylinder-shaped wiper roll(102). The wiper roll is installed in the support unit. The wiper roll is rotated with being pressed to a work roll(100). The support unit is formed of a wiper frame cylinder(104), a wiper frame(105), and a side frame(107). The wiper frame cylinder pushes the wiper roll to the work roll. The side frame is attached on both sides of the wiper frame to support the wiper roll. |
