PURPOSE: Polyurethane foam is provided to use expanded perlite of closed cell shape without acicular structure, thereby improving lightness, dispersity, strength, shrinkage resistance, flame retardance and heat resistance, and reducing the using amount of polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane foam comprises expanded perlite of closed cell shape. The expanded perlite of closed cell shape has bulk density of 0.03-0.3 g/cm^3, and the amount of the expanded perlite is 50 weight% or more on the basis of total weight of expanded perlite. On the surface of the expanded perlite of closed cell shape, one or more kinds of coupling agent selected from silane coupling agent, titanium coupling agent, zirconium coupling agent are added. A manufacturing method of the polyurethane foam comprises a step of mixing 1-50 weight% of closed cell shaped expanded perlite to total weight of a mixture of polyol and isocyanate. |
