PURPOSE: A light emitting device package, a backlight unit, and an image display device are provided to improve airtightness by including an electrode separating unit with a curve shape near a first concave part. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer includes a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer which are separated. A first concave part(C1) is formed on a part of the first electrode layer. A light emitting diode chip(250) is arranged on the first concave part of the first electrode layer. An electrode separating layer(232) electrically separates the first electrode layer from the second electrode layer. A resin layer includes fluorescent substances and is formed on the light emitting diode chip of the first concave part of the first electrode layer. A lens is formed on the resin layer and the electrode layer. An insulation film pattern(210) is arranged on the lower side of the electrode layer.
