A method for suturing post-resection wounds of parenchymal organs comprises the haemostatic suturing through continuous through-body insertion, departing from the intended line of resection, and resection. The hemostatic suturing is performed U-shaped dual and continuously-knotty and after resection wound surface is covered with allograft and fixed to the body by putting the second row of double U-shaped continuous-knotted sutures. Then through the allograft separate knotty-encircling stitches are made, capturing stitches of U-shaped fixing suture.
