PURPOSE: A solar cell and a repairing method thereof are provided to reduce power loss by removing a defective layer and forming an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: A back surface electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the back surface electrode layer. A transparent electrode layer(600) is formed on the light absorption layer. An insulating layer(900) is formed in a predetermined area on the transparent electrode layer. The insulating layer is formed to be extended in order to pass through the transparent electrode layer and the light absorption layer. |
