POWER AMPLIFIER FOR TIME DIVISION MULTIPLE ACCESS

PURPOSE: A power amplifier for time division is provided to improve PVT(Power Vs Time) for all power control levels by controlling a power logic signal by using a timing control unit. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(100) for a time division system includes a power control unit(110), a power amplifiers(120,130), a switching unit(140), and a timing control unit(150). The power amplifier outputs amplified signal by amplifying the power of an inputted transmission signal. The power control unit controls the amplification amount of the power amplifier by using a time division multiple access method. The switching unit outputs an amplified signal to an antenna based on a switching path determined by the power control unit and is formed on an output end of the power control unit and a power amplifier. The timing control unit is formed on an input end of the power control unit and determines the turn-on time of a second signal according to the level of an output signal generated by comparing a first signal and a reference voltage.
