PURPOSE: A tailgate inner part forming method is provided to reduce the number of processes and molds since 6 panels are fixed in a mold and the panels are molded and welded at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A tailgate inner part forming method comprises following steps. Provided are a plane base panel(110) for a tailgate inner part and a plane reinforcing base panel(120). The plane reinforcing base panel and the plane base panel for a tailgate inner part are fixed between an upper die(130) and a lower die(132) of a press mold. The plane reinforcing base panel and the plane base panel for a tailgate inner part are unitarily pressed by the upper die and the lower die. The plane reinforcing base panel and the plane base panel for a tailgate inner part are molded into a reinforcing panel and a panel for a tailgate inner part. The reinforcing panel and the panel for a tailgate inner part are welded. |
