PURPOSE: An inner pot having a double fringe is provided to reinforce the side wall of an inner pot and to prevent cooking heat from losing to the outside by forming a plurality of fringes in the side wall of the inner pot. CONSTITUTION: An inner pot(100) having a double fringe is made of cast iron and is mounted into an electric pressure rice cooker in order to cook rice. An inner pot having a double fringe comprises an inner pot main body(112), a flange unit(110), a top fringe(120), and a bottom fringe(140). The flange unit is formed in the top of the inner pot main body and seals the inner pot by coupling to a rice cooker lid. The top fringe is positioned in the bottom of the flange unit; is continuous along the circumferential direction of the inner pot; and is projected with a predetermined height. The bottom fringe is positioned to be downwardly separated with a predetermined width from the top fringe and is projected in a same shape as the top fringe. An uneven unit(160) is formed between the top and bottom fringe with a plurality of grooves. The top fringe is equipped with a plurality of handle units(150) for facing each other.
