PURPOSE: A speed profile generation device is provided to offer safe driving by providing a speed profile considering a state of a vehicle and surrounding situations in a driving process. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) receives standard speed. A vehicle information collecting part(103) collects first information from the sensor and the camera inside a vehicle. A wireless communication part(105) collects second information from at least one selected from a navigation server, a telematics server, a infra server and an outside vehicle. A control part(107) generates a speed profile using the standard speed, the first information, and the second information.
