PURPOSE: A producing method of blueberry and mung bean pancake is provided to offer antioxidant, anti-phlogistic, heart disease prophylaxis, and anti-aging effects of the blueberry to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of blueberry and mung bean pancake comprises the following steps: adding blueberry powder or a blueberry extract to dough containing mung bean powder to obtain pancake batter; and cooking the batter on a pre-heated hot plate. The pancake batter container more than 2wt% of blueberry powder, or more than 10wt% of blueberry extract. |
