PURPOSE: A cutlet producing apparatus, and the cutlet obtained from the apparatus are provided to mass-produce the cutlet without mixing main materials. CONSTITUTION: A cutlet producing apparatus comprises the following: a raw material storage container(10) storing plural cutlet main materials, and molding the materials into a constant shape; a separation member(20) dividing the inner space of the raw material storage container into plural divisions for storing the cutlet main materials in the same height; a controller(30) closely coupled to the raw material storage container for combining the cutlet main materials after removing the separation member using a food adhesive; first and second container outer walls(11, 12) with one ends detachably connected to each other using the controller, and the other ends overlapping to form a seam unit; first and second connectors(31, 33) installed on the outside of the first and second container outer walls, respectively; and plural partition walls(21, 22, 23, 24) formed in a radial shape inside the raw material storage container. |
