PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the amount of substrates. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first light emitting diode units(32) are located on a substrate and have one first electrode structure, respectively. A plurality of second light emitting diode units(42) are located between the first light emitting diode units and have one second electrode structure, respectively. The second light emitting diode unit is connected to a first electrode structure of the first light emitting diode unit near a second electrode structure by a flipped over method.
