PURPOSE: A tunnel collapse prevention device is provided to reduce economic cost and temporal loss by excluding concrete pouring work and to be easily installed corresponding to a lateral pressure bearing which suppresses a side wall of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel collapse prevention device comprises a rock bolt(210), a support stand, and a rock bolt guide plate(220). The rock bolt is inserted in a side wall of a tunnel. The support stand is coupled with a steel rib while both end sides of the steel rib is supported at the bearing, comprises bending portions(232a, 232b) in the directions of both sides of the bearing, and includes the rock bolt. The rock bolt guide plate comprises a rock bolt guide plate hole(221) which is connected to the inside of the bending portion, includes the rock bolt, curves at a part which forms the rock bolt guide plate hole, and is inserted into the inside of the bending portion.
