A flexible flat resistive heating cable relates to electric engineering, in particular to resistive heating flat cables which can be used in manufacturing and exploitation of flexible flat resistive heating systems for heating and warming. A flexible flat resistive heating cable comprises a flat resistive element (1), two flexible current conductive wires (2), (3), which are located on opposite sides along the flat resistive element (1) and a shell (4). The flat resistive element (1) is made from a resistive amorphous alloy of metals in the form of a strip and covered with an insulating covering (5). Both current conductive wires (2), (3) are covered with the insulation covering (6), (7). Inside of the external shell (4) of the cable a shield is positioned (8) comprising a foil (9) coved by a reinforcing layer (10) from inside. The shield (8) encircles the flat resistive element (1) and the insulating covering (5), also both current conductive wires (2), (3) with insulation covering (6), (7). Between the external shell (4) of the cable and the shield a grounding conductor is located (11), which has a contact with the shield (8).
