A controller of a drum-type dryer for clothes is provided to prevent flame from being diffused into the outside of the controller through a heat-radiating hole although flame inside the controller is generated. A controller of a drum-type dryer for clothes includes a control panel, a circuit board, and a cover protect(230). The control panel forms an exterior of the controller and has various input buttons and display windows. The circuit board is mounted on an inside of the control panel and mounts circuit elements thereon for controlling operations of the drum-type dryer. The cover protect is installed for protecting the circuit board from backward, separates an internal area of the controller and an internal area of a main body(100), and is made of a nonflammable material. The heat sink hole is formed through an inside of the controller and an inside of the main body for ventilating air from inside to outside of the controller. |
