PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to prevent defects caused by the bending of a substrate by including a shaping member inside a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a shaping member(200). A back surface electrode layer(300) is formed on the top of a substrate. A light absorption layer is formed on the back surface electrode layer. A transparent electrode layer(700) is formed on the light absorption layer. The shaping member is formed into a sheet form and spaced from the top and bottom at a constant interval. |
