PURPOSE: Seat manufacture equipment of a vehicle headlight is provided to increase the strength by using heat treatment, cooling, powder coating, and baking after laminating a plurality of sheets. CONSTITUTION: Seat manufacture equipment of a vehicle headlight comprises a needle punching device, a heating device, a cooling device, a power application device, a baking device(60), a cutting device, and a winding roll. The needle punching device reduces the thickness of laminated sheets through needle punching. The heating device and the cooling device are applied to the sheet continuously being after needle punching. The power application device spreads powder to the cooled sheet and the baking device is applied to the sheet. Another cooling device cools baked sheet. The cutting device cuts the cooled sheet and the sheet is winded through the winding device. |
