PURPOSE: A correcting device of surroundings image of a vehicle is provided to correct a viewpoint of the surrounding image of the vehicle which is generated according to the height of camera installation and to supply the surrounding image of the vehicle with the same viewpoint if the height of camera installation is different. CONSTITUTION: A correcting device of surroundings image of a vehicle comprises an image acquisition unit(100), a surrounding image generator(200), and a control unit(300). The image acquisition unit acquires a plurality of surrounding images of the vehicle according to the different direction. The surrounding image generator synthesizes in a projection plane forming surrounding of the vehicle with the plurality of obtained images and generates surrounding images of the vehicle. The control unit corrects image processing viewpoint of the surrounding image according to the height of installation of the image acquisition unit to an image processing reference viewpoint with respect to the projection plane.
