PURPOSE: A data sharing service system and a method thereof are provided to reinforce security and reliability by sharing data between the terminals without using a common data storage space. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(112) stores share data for sharing data with a client terminal. An identification information generation unit(113) generates client identification information included in subscriber information. An access condition setting unit(114) sets a communication access condition of other client terminal. A subscriber searching unit(115) searches other client terminals by confirming subscriber information registered in a service server. An access management unit(116) communicates with other client terminal by requesting access for sharing the data with other client terminal. A data searching unit(117) searches data shared in other client terminal by receiving a data searching right from other client terminal.
