The invention relates to modified polypeptide of factor VII (FVII) having substitutions in positions D196, K197, K199, etc., leading to increased coagulant activity and/or increased inhibitor resistance in comparison with non-modified polypeptide. The invention also relates to nucleic acid molecule coding the present polypeptide, to the vector, isolated cell, and pharmaceutical composition, to healing method and to using of pharmaceutical composition for production of drug for treatment of disease or state, treated by introduction of FVII or procoagulant.
