DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE SENSOR OF TYPE “ENCASEMENT-RIVET” OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF CONDITION OF OUTER ENCLOSURE OF AIRCRAFT IN FLIGHT

摘要

A design of temperature sensor of “skin-rivet” type of information system of diagnostics of condition of the aircraft external outline in flight comprises a rivet with cavity inside, there a thermo-sensitive element is placed – a miniature thermo-couple that is connected to environment through a layer of strong material with high coefficient of heat conductivity, and thermo-interface. At that the container for thermo-couple that includes the thermo-couple itself and connecting wires has a thread from outside, and the rivet has a cavity in which from inside thread is cut.
