PURPOSE: A hinge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the assembly and safety and simplify a production process by reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A hinge includes a door assembly(10), a frame assembly(40), a hinge shaft(70), a cover(90) and a separation prevention groove(80). The door assembly includes a door joint(20) bonded to a door and a first penetration part(30) formed to rotate with the door joint. The frame assembly placed at the lower side of the door joint includes a second penetration part(60) penetrated by the hinge shaft and a frame joint(50) bonded to a frame. The hinge shaft combines by penetrating a second penetration part and becomes the rotational center of the door assembly and the frame assembly. The cover covers a penetration part opposite to the combined direction of the hinge shaft. A separation prevention groove, which is formed on the first penetration part and the hinge shaft, and the second penetration part and the cover, prevents the separation of the hinge shaft. |
