STRENGTHEN SYSTEM OF ROUNDING PRECAST BOX

摘要

PURPOSE: A shear stress reinforcement device of a curve-shaped underground buried prefabricated reinforced concrete box is provided to strengthen the shear strength of corners and improve durability of the reinforced concrete box by arranging wave form bars inside both end parts of a dual stirrup bar. CONSTITUTION: A shear stress reinforcement device of a curve-shaped underground buried prefabricated reinforced concrete box comprises a tension bar(20), an inner side stirrup bar(30), an outer stirrup bar(31), and a wave form bar(40). The inner side stirrup bar is arranged inside the curve-shaped reinforced concrete box(10) in order to reinforce tensile strength. The inner side stirrup bar and the outer stirrup bar are double-arranged in inside and outer parts at a constant interval in order to reinforce shear strength of the tension bar. The wave form bar is arranged for preventing crack propagation in a curved portion in a longitudinal direction of both ends parts between the inner stirrup bar and the outer stirrup bar.
