PURPOSE: A touch panel manufacturing method is provided to improve a penetration ratio and reduce the thickness and costs for manufacturing the same by simplifying a laminating structure of a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode is formed on a substrate(S302). A wiring electrode substance is directly deposited to the substrate in a sputtering process(S303). The transparent electrode is made of ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), copper oxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, CNT(Carbon Nano Tube), and/or a conductive polymer substance. The wiring electrode substance is made of Cr, Al, Ag, Cu, Ni, Mo, and/or an alloy containing the same. |
