A method for making wheat bread comprises kneading dough of a mixture for making wheat bread. The mixture for making the wheat bread and cellulose of pumpkin seeds are sieved, dry yeast are diluted in warm water. The mixture for making the wheat bread is mixed with the cellulose of pumpkin seeds, diluted yeasts are added, water, which is preliminary heated up to a temperature of 25-35 °C, mixed up to obtaining homogenous mass. The prepared dough is covered with a towel and left for 20-30 minutes for fermenting, the dough is broken down and put into round moulds, which are preliminary greased with a vegetable oil, baked for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 °C. |
