A plant for manufacturing monolithic lining of feeder heads comprises a vibro core to make a working layer of the lining, a removable core for making a permanent layer of lining, a base plate with an unbalanced vibrator resting on a foundation through rubber gaskets. On the base plate an additional unbalanced vibrator is mounted, and both vibrators are connected with possibility of rotation of their rotors in opposite directions, the base plate is equipped with longitudinal and transverse ribs and rests on the foundation through combined double-layer pads of spongy and hard rubber. |
