The invention relates to vibratory mills. An adaptive vibratory mill has a two-container working chamber with a vibroexciter and a vertical channel with a transport tray with a grid, whose edges of containers are connected together by the trays to form a closed working cavity, the cavity of vertical channel with the grid of transport tray is connected to the cavity of the second container. According to the invention the vibroexciter is controllable and driven by a motor, which is connected to one of outputs of a unit for correcting frequency of perturbation cyclic force. The mill comprises a phase shifting detector, a vibration sensor, a correction unit of technologically optimal parameters, first and second comparators, a correction unit of the amplitude of perturbation cyclic force, a correction unit of eccentricity of the unbalance of controllable vibroexciter. Technical result consists in maintaining constant resonant mode of operation of a vibration mill and stabilization in time of predefined technologically optimal parameters of a vibrational field of the two-container working chamber, which ensures minimum power consumption for a vibrational drive and quality grinding material. |
