A wind power plant with improved start parameters that is an installed in vertical position round frame in which in vertical position rotary axle is fixed in bearings, to that one blades of Darie type are fixed. At above on the rotary axle on additional rotary wheel a circle of confusers is placed, those are arranged in circle in such way that the narrow outlets of the confusers placed in front of those go to the broad openings of next confusers placed in sequence, those are fixed on additional wheel in such way that the narrow openings of the previous confusers go to side walls of the next confusers.
