<p>PURPOSE: A substrate transferring robot is provided to prevent a substrate from sliding by forming a tilt angle of the outer side of a stopper at 2 to 5 degrees in a vertical direction to a robot hand. CONSTITUTION: A robot hand locates a substrate in substrate alignment and transfer processes. A robot arm is connected to one side of the robot hand and includes a rotatable and movable joint. The robot arm transfers the substrate located in the robot hand. A stopper(11) is located on the upper side of the other side of the robot hand and supports and aligns one edge of the substrate. The outer side of the stopper is tilted at a preset angel in a vertical direction to the upper surface of the robot hand.</p> |
