PURPOSE: An optical member and a display device having the same are provided to prevent the permeation of moisture and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: An optical member comprises an accommodating unit, a host(440) arranged within the accommodating unit, and multiple wavelength conversion particles(430) arranged within the host. The optical member comprises a sealing unit(420) arranged inside the accommodating unit, and a layer(460) which covers the outside of the accommodating unit. The optical member comprises a pretreatment layer(421) interposed between the inner surface of the sealing unit and accommodating unit. The host and capping layer have different surface properties. |
