The invention provides a converter used for a microwave oven, comprising electric supply AC power supply; a rectifier converting the electric supply AC power supply into a DC power supply; an electric reactor and a filter condenser, wherein the electric reactor and the filter condenser absorb power supply noise and provide voltage close to the DC voltage for filter condenser filtering; a resonance unit which has a resonance capacitor configured in a half bridge form; a converter control unit which alternately outputs complementary symmetry pulse; an IGBT driver which obtains square-wave voltage; a high-voltage transformer; a filament power coil which is used for heating the filament of magnetrons; and a high-voltage generating unit which obtains the voltage for driving the magnetrons by using a multistage voltage multiplier equal to or greater than three times of a voltage multiplier. The converter uses component configurations which has comparatively low maximum withstand voltage, thus the manufacture costs of the converter is greatly reduced. |
