PURPOSE: A landscape management system and a method using a closed circuit television(CCTV) in a remote place are provided to integrate, store, manage, and inquire data through construction of an advanced management system for a landscape, thereby securing accuracy and speed of information. CONSTITUTION: One or more CCTV cameras(250) capable of PTZ(Pan/Tilt/Zoom) control photograph images including one or more trees(241). A landscape management server(201) distinguishes an individual tree object from the images photographed by each camera. A database server(203) links inputted tree related information for the distinguished tree object. The landscape management server determines an abnormality for each tree object by comparing the accumulated photographed image stored in the database server with stored data.
