PURPOSE: A hyaluronic acid derivative film is provided to improve strength, stability, flexibility, adhesion to biological tissues, and biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A hyaluronic acid derivative film comprises a polymer with a hydroxy-terminated group in a hyaluronic acid-crosslinked structure. The hyaluronic acid derivative film comprises 50-90 weight% of a hyaluronic acid and 10-50 weight% of a polymer which includes the hydroxy-terminal group. The cross-linking density of the hyaluronic acid derivative film is 1-100 mol%. The hyaluronic acid derivative is manufactured by the reaction of one between hyaluronic acid and hyaluronic salt; or hyaluronic acid or hyaluronic acid salt; and a polymer which can form an ether covalent bond with the hyaluronic acid; and an epoxide crosslinking agent.
