A method for taxi cab order processing and managing consists in that taxi cab order is accepted through communication terminal connected to telephone network or to lines of wide area communication network, using at least one information input/output device the order is entered to order database of software complex of dispatcher office, wherein geographic coordinates of customer are determined. Arrangements of software complex of dispatcher office search for taxi cabs which location is within specified radius from geographic coordinates of customer. The distance from chosen taxicabs is determined, a vacant taxicab which location is nearest to customer is chosen from taxicab database, and information on the order is sent to programmed GPS-GPRS module of chosen cab, the information is displayed on the screen of mobile telephone or tablet computer and stored in programmed GPS-GPRS module. |
